1. You are not happy with your order
If you are not happy for the purchase of 10 days from the date of receipt of the product as a new condition with no visible signs of wear, (buyer) will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the project if not covered by warranty against the producer defects and the exchange is not for our mistake.
2. Damaged or low quality projects
If the product is faulty or does not work properly, please let us know. For the quick resolution, please contact us through email@example.com also a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the project. The best photos are on a flat surface, with the label and the error clearly shown. we will send the replacements as soon as we have confirmed the situation, there is no need to report the defective. 1. Cancellation for unshipped orders
If you have canceled the order that has not yet been transported, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org for the quick resolution, please enter the order number.thanks!
2. Cancellation for shipped-out orders
If you want to cancel orders when the package has already been sent or arriving at your destination, contact us and then kindly refuse the package that we are not able to recall it at that time. We will refund the payment minus the shipping costs. you start coming back.
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not include:

Return / exchange of products with water can be accepted.

Note: refund will return to your account in 3 - 5 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs to get back together. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, your maritime exchange fees will be deducted from your return.
